Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise clients across LAN/WAN/Wireless, IP telephony and unified communications, audio/visual and video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure. Troubleshoot incidents using fault isolation and root cause analysis, perform network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations, and support maintenance and emergency restoration. Partner with Level 3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders while following ITIL processes, SLAs, and maintaining technical documentation and runbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Level 2 onsite support for LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, including Cisco devices and WLC/access points.
•Provide support for IP telephony/unified communications, audio/visual and video conferencing systems, and related infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations following change management processes; support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Manage incidents and service requests within SLA timelines; escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors with proper documentation and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and ticketing records.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on experience in onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/wireless networking concepts and IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals.
•Experience troubleshooting network issues using established tools and methodologies.
•Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
