Job Summary

Support deposit processing for the bank’s lock box program by handling post office box payments, inquiries, and research/returns tasks. Work with clients and third-party vendors to onboard them to lock box procedures and online resources, maintain accurate customer and business data, and process transactions according to handling instructions. Ensure daily uploads to Navigator, assist with new business profiles, and provide timely, accurate customer service while following HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with clients and third-party vendors to familiarize new businesses with lock box procedures and online resources.
•Open, extract, and process remittance payments and perform accurate, timely data entry for transaction details.
•Process transactions according to each client’s specified handling instructions and complete required daily uploads to Navigator.
•Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot/resolving issues in a professional, fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
•Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements, cross-train within operations, and identify possible risks and fraudulent activities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•1-3 years of related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Ability to learn lock box/asset based lending services and understand applicable procedures, regulations, policies, and requirements.
