Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients and third-party vendors to familiarize new businesses with lock box procedures and online resources.
  • •Open, extract, and process remittance payments and perform accurate, timely data entry for transaction details.
  • •Process transactions according to each client’s specified handling instructions and complete required daily uploads to Navigator.
