Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • •Supervise minor repairs and defects for equipment, plant, and buildings, ensuring minimal or zero re-works.
  • •Execute and document renovations of existing facilities with approvals, materials, and budget evidence for auditing.
  • •Monitor on-call maintenance responses and conduct site visits/inspections to maintain zero-accident execution.
  • •Perform engineering evaluations and studies for pumping stations, lift stations, wells, water tanks, reclamation plants, and related systems to recommend upgrades, and lead training/coaching for reportees.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years total experience with 5 years on-job experience and 3 years GCC experience.
  • •Knowledge of building facility maintenance (construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical, etc.).
  • •Knowledge of local codes and regulations and maintenance methods for building equipment.
  • •Ability to implement and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs and supervise minor repairs and defects.
  • •ERP knowledge—SAP functional skills required for success in this role.
