Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured FMECA activities across system, design, and process levels to identify, prioritize, and mitigate technical risks.
  • •Maintain a continuous risk register that directly informs verification and qualification planning.
  • •Develop V-Model-aligned verification and qualification plans and translate failure modes into targeted test strategies.
  • •Execute or coordinate verification tests, including designing experiments, collecting data, and documenting traceable evidence for requirement compliance.
  • •Drive manufacturability and manufacturing readiness using engineering rigor, DfX rules, and cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience in R&D or high-tech industrial environments with established production processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with verification, qualification, or risk-driven productization activities.
  • •Familiarity with FMECA methodologies and structured V-Model processes.
  • •Experience with verification & qualification experiments, including data collection and evidence documentation tied to requirements.
