Lead and deliver medium to large-scale built environment and construction projects from initiation to completion within AECOM’s Oxford Project Management Team. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver project management outputs to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, coordinating meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and team members.
•Lead the management of design teams and tender documents, appraisals and negotiations; manage construction contracts.
•Provide financial oversight and resource management, along with strategic guidance and audit & review.
•Strengthen client relationships by delivering an exceptional service and progress business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
•Mentor and develop junior team members, support recruitment and professional chartership, and foster a high-performance team culture.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience delivering projects within the Healthcare sector.
•Experience working within a consultancy or healthcare organisation.
•NEC Accredited or experience administering NEC Contracts.
•Experience and technical knowledge of healthcare within the built environment or construction industry.
•Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
