Job Summary

Provide project management support for sustaining capital and expense projects focused on pipeline integrity. Define project scopes and cost estimates, lead project teams and internal/external service providers, direct project controls, and ensure documentation and compliance with governing policies. Manage schedules, budgets, and monthly cash flow forecasts, coordinate safety/reliability/environmental impacts, and communicate project status and proposals to upper management, agencies, and business sponsors. Travel about 30% with overnight stays.

•Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates for sustaining projects.
•Provide leadership and direction to project teams and service providers involved in pipeline integrity work.
•Create and direct project controls, and provide appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with governing policies.
•Manage projects to meet safety, reliability, environmental, and quality goals, including schedule, budget, and overall performance.
•Manage project finances (including monthly cash flow forecasts) and deliver presentations communicating project status and proposals to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent engineering degree with relevant work experience).
•Minimum 5 years of direct engineering work experience in engineering or managing projects (preferred).
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with strong verbal and written communication to present proposals, ideas, and results.
•Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, manage schedules and work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
