Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales of pressure-reducing equipment (valves, regulators, relief valves, back-pressure valves) in assigned US territory, with flexibility to operate remotely. Leads channel partners, develops market knowledge, forecasts, and promotional strategies, and collaborates with distributors, OEMs and reps to achieve sales targets while traveling as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Sales Channel - Develop and maintain relationships with sales channel organizations within geographic and product/market parameters; lead and direct the sales channel network, provide product and application training, assist in account development, and oversee distributor/representative calls to meet sales objectives.
•Market Knowledge - Gather and share regional market information with Marketing and Sales on economic conditions, market trends, customer behavior, opportunities and competitor actions; develop regional forecasts and communicate changes to leadership.
•Promotional Strategies - Support development of promotional strategies to increase visibility and market penetration; plan technical training and seminars and participate in trade shows to drive sales growth; support customer adoption of new products through training and partnerships.
•New Product Development & Collaboration - Generate ideas with sales channels and customers for new products/services and participate in internal evaluations and development teams.
•Team & Customer Focus - Build trust, demonstrate integrity, and work with teams to achieve sustained sales growth while maintaining exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: USD 99,300 - 141,800 annually

•Able to travel overnight 50% of time, or as required
