Key Responsibilities

•Own the Agile Product Lifecycle and be accountable for delivery of products and services to Wholesale Banking clients.
•Define product strategy and roadmap; maintain an actionable backlog aligned with business strategy and stakeholder priorities.
•Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements; ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable.
•Guide product development with UX/UI designers and QA to meet usability, accessibility, and quality standards.
•Plan and coordinate product releases, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of experience in Digital Banking or Financial Services as a Product Owner or similar role
•Experience delivering digital wholesale banking solutions including onboarding and due diligence (KYC/KYB)
•Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory landscape and compliance standards
•Proficiency with online banking platforms or fintech solutions
•Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
