Job Summary

Ensure nuclear programs are translated into executable, deployable operational approaches and help run and operate reactor systems. Own nuclear operations execution, including safe and efficient reactor experiments and plant facilities, operational program development and deployment, and alignment with design and safety basis requirements. Lead training programs, procedures, and staffing planning for operators and maintenance personnel, while driving technical reviews and feeding feedback back to engineering and program teams.

•Ensure the safe and efficient operation of reactor experiments and plant facilities to maximize plant availability and customer expectations.
•Develop and run nuclear training programs for operators and maintenance personnel.
•Identify required staffing and develop procedures, personnel, and programs necessary for successful operation.
•Maintain performance and operational excellence standards for nuclear activities for test and deployed reactors.
•Participate in and drive technical discussions, reviews, and working groups; provide feedback to engineering and program teams to improve scalability and repeatability of reactor deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 160,000 annually
