Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the safe and efficient operation of reactor experiments and plant facilities to maximize plant availability and customer expectations.
  • •Develop and run nuclear training programs for operators and maintenance personnel.
  • •Identify required staffing and develop procedures, personnel, and programs necessary for successful operation.
  • •Maintain performance and operational excellence standards for nuclear activities for test and deployed reactors.
