Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and manage global Workers’ Compensation insurance programs, including renewals and policy documentation.
  • •Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation for insurance processes.
  • •Analyze and evaluate risk financing options to optimize coverage and cost-efficiency, and help implement risk management policies.
  • •Collect, analyze, and report insurance and risk management data, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Support stakeholders and employees on Workers’ Compensation coverage, exclusions, and claims-related processes.
