Job Summary

Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC Finance and FSCM processes, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost/Profit Center accounting, and bank accounting. Configure and reconcile finance components, handle service requests and standard changes, and perform month-end support with SLA-driven incident resolution, RCA for recurring issues, and ITIL-compliant incident/problem/change/release management. Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams, using tools like ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira and supporting UT/SIT/UAT plus transport management.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Record-to-Report and FSCM components, including credit management, collections, and dispute management.
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, including SLA-based incident resolution.
•Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, month-end support, and deliver minor enhancements and updates.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, and support deployment activities including transport management.
•Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams; prepare documentation/knowledge articles and participate in on-call support, using monitoring and ticketing tools.

Key Requirements

•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC finance and FSCM applications.
•Support Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and bank accounting.
•Support FSCM components including Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.
•Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, and month-end support, including minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA, including RCA for recurring issues.
