Key Responsibilities

•See patients across acute, primary, and longevity care over messages and provide diagnosis, treatment, triage, and follow-up.
•Collaborate with Counsel's AI tools as a support, while applying your clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and effective care.
•Maintain a high standard of clinical reasoning and patient communication in a fully virtual setting.
•Mentor newer clinicians and contribute to guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems as the team grows.
•Shape and provide feedback on workflows and tools to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with an active medical license (10+ licenses preferred; exceptional candidates with less will be considered)
•3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or a strong generalist mix)
•Genuine interest in acute, primary, and longevity care
•Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
•Strong written communication, most patient care happens in writing
