Key Responsibilities

  • •See patients across acute, primary, and longevity care over messages and provide diagnosis, treatment, triage, and follow-up.
  • •Collaborate with Counsel's AI tools as a support, while applying your clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and effective care.
  • •Maintain a high standard of clinical reasoning and patient communication in a fully virtual setting.
  • •Mentor newer clinicians and contribute to guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems as the team grows.
  • •Shape and provide feedback on workflows and tools to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with an active medical license (10+ licenses preferred; exceptional candidates with less will be considered)
  • •3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or a strong generalist mix)
  • •Genuine interest in acute, primary, and longevity care
  • •Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
  • •Strong written communication, most patient care happens in writing
