Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new business by sourcing and converting high net worth/ultra high net worth prospects through referrals, COIs, and community engagement.
  • •Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • •Lead comprehensive wealth planning strategies including investments, lending, estate planning, and philanthropy.
  • •Partner with internal specialists to deliver coordinated, holistic client solutions.
  • •Conduct regular client reviews, monitor performance, adjust strategies, and maintain compliance with fiduciary and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •7+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory.
  • •Proven success in business development, client retention, and relationship management.
  • •At least one of the following licenses/certifications: CFP, ChFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66.
