•Independently develop and set best practices for clean, maintainable, testable code; perform code reviews.

•Serve as deep technical expert; own training for junior engineers and mentor them.
•Evaluate and decide on new technologies and how they fit into product solutions; define platform architectural guidelines with trade-offs.
•Create and approve technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts; recommend standards and best practices across the bank.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Develop and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable, testable code; perform code reviews across engineer levels.
•Drive architecture and system reliability/performance, including availability and resolution of issues affecting client experience.
•Proactively ensure proper security standards for code development.
