Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct independent quality assurance reviews and compliance testing across Financial Crime activities.
  • •Assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and standards.
  • •Evaluate the effectiveness of controls supporting Financial Crime compliance obligations.
  • •Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, regulatory compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Prepare reports, communicate findings, and track and validate remediation activities; support governance reporting and enhancement of CQA methodologies and frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Financial Crime Compliance (e.g., AML, KYC, sanctions, customer due diligence/EDD) or related disciplines, with exposure to compliance monitoring, QA, risk, or internal audit.
  • •Strong understanding of Financial Crime regulations, customer due diligence requirements, sanctions obligations, and KYC refresh processes.
  • •Experience performing quality assurance reviews, control testing, compliance monitoring, or assurance activities.
  • •Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks and process gaps.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
