Respond accurately to customer inquiries related to billing, disputes, payment application, and documentation. Proactively contact past-due customers, manage credit holds, monitor customer credit line compliance, and support credit decisions. Promote automated/pre-payment options and provide phone support while collaborating with internal and external partners.
