Own the end-to-end assessment and curriculum quality cycle for Christ-centered teacher and facilitator training across multiple countries and academic terms. Lead assessment strategy, rubric and question bank development, AI-assisted grading and moderation, and marker capacity building. Maintain assessment operations and data quality in TalentLMS and Salesforce, define QA and governance processes, and use learning analytics to improve materials and training with regional teams and CCE leads.
