Job Summary

Deliver a great customer experience and help create “love mark” by providing consultation, sharing product knowledge, and performing makeup services. Meet store performance targets including sales and conversion rate while completing operational duties such as hygiene compliance, gift-wrap and product trial. Support sales with link/up/cross-selling, achieve retail KPIs, complete Sephora University training, and manage merchandising, replenishment, and cashier procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide consultation, share knowledge, and deliver makeup services to meet/exceed customer expectations.
•Work according to hygiene rules and regulations, including implementing gift-wrap and products-trial in store.
•Welcome customers in grooming and uniform; provide consultant services by understanding customer needs.
•Use link/up/cross sale techniques to drive sales and deliver daily and monthly sales targets and retail KPIs.
•Complete Sephora University basic training, manage merchandising and replenishment, and follow cashier policy/procedures including CRM compliance, FIFO, and stock room cleanliness.

Key Requirements

•Thai National with a minimum secondary school education.
•Service-minded and able to provide consultation, product knowledge, and makeup service.
•Team player who enjoys working with others.
•Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
•Experience related in this field is a plus.
