Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consultation, share knowledge, and deliver makeup services to meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • •Work according to hygiene rules and regulations, including implementing gift-wrap and products-trial in store.
  • •Welcome customers in grooming and uniform; provide consultant services by understanding customer needs.
  • •Use link/up/cross sale techniques to drive sales and deliver daily and monthly sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • •Complete Sephora University basic training, manage merchandising and replenishment, and follow cashier policy/procedures including CRM compliance, FIFO, and stock room cleanliness.

Key Requirements

  • •Thai National with a minimum secondary school education.
  • •Service-minded and able to provide consultation, product knowledge, and makeup service.
  • •Team player who enjoys working with others.
  • •Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • •Experience related in this field is a plus.
