Job Summary

Manage incoming corporate bookings for short-term rentals by responding to enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp within a tight response-time target. Handle reservation adjustments throughout the guest journey, maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, and oversee the reservations inbox. Collect payments via online payment and invoicing, collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and CX, and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Address and respond to all incoming corporate enquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp) in a timely and courteous manner.
•Manage reservation adjustments such as date changes and apartment/ancillary service preferences throughout the booking process.
•Monitor and manage the reservations inbox and ensure requests are handled promptly and professionally.
•Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate enquiry, interaction, preferences, requirements, and payment information.
•Collect payments via online payment and invoicing, tracking due payments ahead of check-in, and support cross-functional handovers and ad hoc projects as needed.
