Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a joint leadership capacity within a mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) discipline team to provide design and technical advice in a project management capacity across a range of projects
  • •Supervise the completion of detailed designs and the work of others in this function
  • •Direct the feasibility study and production of detailed/performance specifications
  • •Act as the client’s key contact and be responsible for overall project delivery in terms of client deliverables and internal KPIs
  • •Lead an engineering delivery team and integrate sustainability, net zero carbon, digital design and smart systems into design work

Key Requirements

  • •UK vetting: must be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC)
  • •Working knowledge of UK mechanical building services design, including relevant standards, codes and regulations
  • •Proven track record delivering UK Building Services MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects
  • •Working understanding of latest mechanical design software packages to allocate/direction of work
  • •Proficiency with Revit MEP or other 3D design software for project delivery
