Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in immersive bootcamp training and foundational technical skill-building during Months 1–3.
  • •Complete rotational assignments (Months 3–12) for real-world technical sales experience.

  • •Use AI skills and advanced learning platforms to design technical solutions and improve strategic decision-making.
  • •After the program, transition into a Solutions Engineer role to discover, demonstrate, and design solutions for complex customer challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEAM) or demonstrate technical curiosity through a home lab, certification, or side project.
  • •Be fluent in English and the primary language of the country for which you are applying.
  • •Be legally authorised to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
