Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch, and daily operating rhythm.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams to keep work moving.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers across functions.
•Identify execution gaps and resolve urgent business problems that don’t fit neatly into one department.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writing and structured thinking, with strong follow-through on commitments.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfort handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
