Oversee the quality and conformity of the A220 Podded Power Plant + Pylon (PQUAD) from induction into the Mobile Final Assembly Line through final aircraft delivery. Serve as the primary Airbus representative for airline customer inspections, lead resolution of engine/nacelle non-conformances with suppliers and internal teams, ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements, and drive continuous improvement via quality feedback loops, audits, and structured lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the quality and conformity of the A220 PQUAD from delivery/induction into the Mobile Final Assembly Line in compliance with the A220 Quality Management System and Health/Safety standards.
•Escalate and drive resolution of quality risks and manage PQUAD-related non-conformance with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
•Act as the primary representative for airline customer presentations and/or inspections for PQUAD quality during aircraft delivery.
•Identify quality issues and trends; drive corrective actions using root cause analysis and containment/prevention processes; support internal and Transport Canada-related audits.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality feedback loops, including value stream and business efficiency projects and lessons learned sessions.

Key Requirements
