Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full lifecycle of cryptographic keys and execute key ceremonies to ensure dual control and secure custody.
•Participate in PCI DSS, PCI PIN and ISO 27001 certification processes, managing external audits and action plans.
•Collaborate with IT and Business on key injection for POS devices to ensure transactional security and availability.
•Serve as a reference in cryptographic architecture and security standards to guide development and infrastructure teams.
•Develop and maintain policies for key management and operating procedures in response to regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

•Experience configuring, operating and maintaining Hardware Security Modules (HSM) such as Thales PayShield, Entrust, Atalla and Touch Memory Devices for key loading.
•Experience planning and executing Key Ceremonies for generation, custody, loading, and rotation of master and working keys.
•Knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric algorithms (AES, DES/3DES, RSA, ECC, DUKPT) and certificates (PKI/X.509) and block key standards (TR-31).
•Familiarity with concepts like ZMK, KEK, PIN blocks and payments ecosystem concepts.
•Experience implementing and maintaining Information Security Management Systems under ISO 27001.
