Lead and manage the end-to-end collections strategy for a real estate portfolio, ensuring timely receivable collections from buyers, investors, and tenants. Drive delinquency minimization and cash-flow optimization through KPI monitoring, aging report reviews, and escalation handling. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve disputes and enforce compliance with UAE real estate regulations, while improving processes and forecasting performance.
