Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and deployment of robust Service Provider solutions that drive key business outcomes.
  • •Assist with end-to-end technical project delivery by translating customer requirements into scalable architectures under guidance.
  • •Partner with senior engineers to align solution designs with customer goals across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Provide technical assistance to help resolve network issues during delivery and support.
  • •Document processes, share knowledge, and help develop repeatable delivery frameworks to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BE/BTech degree (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
  • •Service Provider related certification such as CCNA or CCNP is helpful, with a drive for continuous learning.
  • •Knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies including IPv4/IPv6, STP/RSTP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, QoS, and Multicast.
  • •Knowledge of Unified MPLS Architecture and overlay technologies L2VPN/L3VPN, with basic understanding of Cisco SDN technologies such as Segment Routing.
