Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture security requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and align solution design to information security policy.
  • •Create portfolio- and solution-level architecture documentation (PLD/HLD/LLD) for IAM architectures, integrations, and components.
  • •Perform IAM-focused threat modeling to assess security risks, identify attack vectors, and define mitigation strategies across identity platforms and authentication workflows.
  • •Research emerging IAM technologies, authentication protocols, threat landscapes, and service provider offerings to inform platform strategy.
  • •Serve as a technical security design resource by providing expert guidance, supporting secure patterns, participating in identity center of excellence governance, and driving architecture reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in Information Security, with deep expertise in identity and authentication methods and technologies.
  • •Strong experience with PING products, AWS IAM, and EntraID.
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, Cloud Identity, and Identity/Access management design and architecture for authentication services and identity stores.
  • •Knowledge of IAM-related laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., SOX, OCC, NIST, ISO/EC, FFIEC), with CISSP as an advantage.
