Job Summary

Serve as the frontline Sales Engineer, engaging customers to answer enquiries, determine appropriate solutions, and sell the company’s complete range of products to generate profitable revenue. Work closely with the branch team to drive revenue growth across equipment, parts, wholesale, hire, and service categories. Manage customer enquiries (phone, email, and face to face), prepare and follow through quotations, meet sales/P&L KPIs, and strengthen customer relationships using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage customers to address enquiries, determine appropriate solutions, and drive sales of the complete product range to generate profitable revenue.
•Collaborate with the branch team to increase revenue across complete equipment sales, parts sales, wholesale, hire, and service categories.
•Manage and respond to customer enquiries for spare parts, tools, generators, and air and gas compressors via telephone, email, and face to face.
•Prepare and manage quotations, follow through to successful outcomes, and meet or exceed assigned sales objectives for revenue, margins, or KPIs.
•Use CRM systems to track leads and manage customer interactions, maintain customer relationships, and document transactions in line with internal policies.
