Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Oversee day-to-day banking center operations by supervising tellers and transactional processing staff. Manage center cash operations, access controls, and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets, while supporting cash audits and accurate record retention. Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics. Lead client-experience efforts, resolve client issues, reduce wait times, and cross-sell products to deepen client relationships, while coordinating training and performance plans for the team.
