Job Summary

Drive test engineering for next-generation semiconductor products, serving as the Test Engineering team’s technical expert for ATE Fuse solutions. Partner across Product, Design, Security, Platform Engineering, Device Analysis, and Quality/Reliability to build test and characterization plans, support first-silicon bring-up and debug, and improve yield, performance distributions, test costs, and product quality. Own fuse module development, silicon validation, and root-cause investigations, while optimizing test contents and product margin through production.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop characterization and test coverage strategies/plans during the pre-silicon phase.
•Define pattern requirements and support Design Verification deliveries during pre-silicon.
•Execute characterization and test plans on new silicon; own silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation.
•Design wafer and package level Fuse modules for test programs and perform device characterization with root-cause and mitigation actions.
•Optimize test contents to meet/exceed business goals and lead efforts to improve product margin from fab through back-end test.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of semiconductor industry experience with technical depth in test engineering and security module development.
•Experience developing Fuse and Security modules, including pattern development and Fuse debug.
•Understanding of Hardware Security Module (HSM) architecture, including key management, secure key storage, and cryptographic operations within silicon and system-level security flows.
•Firmware bring-up and debug experience, including low-level hardware/software co-debug across boot and hardware initialization.
•Strong foundation in DFT and ATE test methodologies, plus programming skills in one or more of Python, Java, Perl, or C++.
