Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection protocols for MEP and BMS work.
  • •Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards; identify non-conformities and quality issues.
  • •Verify MEP system quality for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and related systems, including equipment installation and submittal reviews.
  • •Review and verify BMS installations, including control panels, sensors, actuators, field devices, and BMS integration across building automation systems.
  • •Maintain QA/QC records (inspection reports, NCRs, corrective actions), support testing/commissioning, and compile quality dossiers for handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6-7 years of experience in QA/QC for MEP and BMS projects.
  • •Strong understanding of building services, automation systems, testing, and commissioning processes.
  • •Experience working on commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial projects, or large infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and project documentation.
