Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients, delivering end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
  • •Lead or collaborate with a team on procurement activities including post-contract Contract Management and development of procurement services.
  • •Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.
  • •Contribute to bid preparation and proposal documentation to support work-winning capability.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on team and wider business targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
  • •Background in tender preparation, processes and development of key documents in relevant sectors.
  • •Experience in supplier engagement activities from market engagement through to contract award.
  • •Experience with Utilities/Defence and Security/Public Contract Regulations or equivalent, and ability to lead key procurement strategies and documentation.
  • •Experience using standard contract approaches with emphasis on NEC4; post-contract Contract Management experience with NEC4.
