Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze payment method cost and performance data sets to identify optimization opportunities
  • •Collaborate closely with Product and FinTech solutions on Fintech roadmaps, strategic planning and initiative prioritization
  • •Evaluate partnership opportunities with our Fintech partners in form of business cases to realize cost savings or create incremental revenue streams
  • •Become a subject matter expert for Pay-in topics across Agoda and fulfill ad-hoc Finance requests to educate stakeholders about payments deal economics
  • •Partner with cross-functional Agoda stakeholders: Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance teams, Customer Services and more

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of professional experience in Analytics, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Data Science or similar; experience in online or e-commerce business preferred
  • •2+ years of experience in payments or Fintech, ideally on the merchant-side in a role that requires you to analyze payment performance as your day-to-day job
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any field as minimum requirement; MBA or master’s degree in business / finance / management preferred since strong business acumen is required in this role
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills (e.g., running queries with SQL, building dashboards) with keen attention to detail
  • •Fluency in English is required
