Key Responsibilities

  • •Hold responsibility for construction supervision projects and support successful service delivery for clients.
  • •Manage the technical and commercial aspects of projects from detail design through construction and remedial works.
  • •Conduct façade diagnosis inspections and produce inspection reporting.
  • •Perform factory and site inspections, including testing and visual performance mock-ups, and report results.
  • •Provide guidance and line management to more junior team members and help update construction checklist templates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
