  • •Manage staffing and program execution across multiple programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals using earned value management.
  • •Support business growth through technical expertise in pursuit and proposal efforts, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •STEM degree and 10+ years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance required prior to start date.
  • •5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring and task delegation in a technical development environment.
  • •Program execution experience including bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk/opportunity management.
  • •5+ years experience with embedded software development and experience with embedded operating systems using Linux, Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks, and/or LynxOS.
