Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, build, and optimization of complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
•Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration solutions across Workday modules.
•Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with functional and delivery teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
•Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and contribute to team development.
•Provide post-production support and participate in AMS/Managed Services activities, including incident management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of proven experience in Workday technical roles with hands-on ownership of integrations and technical design across Workday modules.
•Deep expertise in Workday Studio and integration development (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs), including designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions.
•3–5+ years of experience analyzing requirements, producing technical specifications, conducting unit and system testing, troubleshooting complex issues, and partnering directly with functional teams and business stakeholders.
•Strong ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using delivered and custom Workday tools.
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
