Key Responsibilities

•Design hardware for product changes and new development; process data; write engineering reports; diagnose routine hardware malfunctions
•Contribute to reliability analyses such as risk assessments and FMEA by compiling and examining data
•Identify testing requirements at the system level, ensuring compliance with test standards and Halliburton Health, Safety, and Environment procedures
•Contribute to Halliburton's IP portfolio by preparing Invention Disclosures and recognizing ideas with IP potential
•Coordinate with project leads to produce project deliverables by assessing input requirements and applying functional specifications

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; master's degree preferred
•Two years of related experience (requirement may be waived with master's degree)
•Experience designing hardware for product changes and new development using engineering tools
•Experience with reliability analyses including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
•Ability to prepare invention disclosures and contribute to Halliburton's Intellectual Property portfolio
