Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and business banking customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person/virtual engagement. Assess customer needs, process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to individual goals. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, completing transactions, opening accounts, handling service requests, and submitting credit applications. Educate customers on digital and self-service tools using a digital-first mindset while partnering with branch teams to ensure operational excellence.
