Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted HR advisor for India-based employees and shape how global people strategy comes to life in India.
  • •Own talent insights and analytics, translating trends in attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement into recommendations leaders act on.
  • •Partner on performance and compensation cycles in India, including calibration and manager coaching with Total Rewards.
  • •Manage employee relations proactively in India, coaching managers and resolving concerns in partnership with legal on sensitive matters.
  • •Own India compliance (including POSH risk spotting), onboarding and talent acquisition readiness, and India engagement and culture programs/events.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as an HRBP.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders.
  • •Experience supporting a fast-growth organization and scaling HR.
