Key Responsibilities

  • •Support identification and assessment of optimization opportunities across the CNO organization, including processes, organizational structures, operating models, and business performance.
  • •Assist in developing business excellence frameworks, methodologies, optimization roadmaps, and transformation portfolios aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • •Coordinate implementation oversight for approved initiatives, including plans, schedules, change activities, and monitoring against milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Develop and maintain benefits realization frameworks and track expected financial, operational, organizational, and performance benefits with KPI dashboards and executive reporting.
  • •Provide independent challenge and assurance by validating assumptions, recommendations, consultant deliverables, and sustainability of implemented improvements, escalating issues to leadership when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • •Experience supporting enterprise business excellence initiatives, including operating model/process optimization and benefits realization aligned to safety and performance objectives.
