Assistant Project Manager / Project Controls Analyst - Aviation

Support preconstruction and ongoing project approval activities by analyzing historical cost data and helping develop purchasing documentation. Maintain internal and external budgets, schedules, forecasts, cash flows, and monthly executive reporting across multiple projects using project and invoicing tools. Oversee vendor invoice reviews, accrual reporting, change order routing, risk register updates, and financial closeout, coordinating closely with delivery and site scheduling teams.
