Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct regional AZAP audits, ensuring consistent quality, methodology, and alignment with Group standards.
  • •Plan and execute risk-based audit engagements, analyze results, and support or lead closing meetings.
  • •Maintain the audit system, ensure proper documentation, and follow audit policies and standards.
  • •Strengthen audit opinions via quality reviews and advising OEs on alignment of findings with risk ratings and impact statements.
  • •Lead or support regional DAMA & AI initiatives and act as interim Head of Audit for smaller OEs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor level education in business administration, law, economics or equivalent.
  • •More than 9 years of audit experience.
  • •Strong audit technical excellence with ethical characteristics.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • •Sound knowledge of insurance activities and processes; fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai is an advantage; AI skills (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) are a plus.
