Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of client compensation partners while partnering with the VP Total Rewards to shape and deliver enterprise-wide compensation strategy. Drive global compensation programs across year-end and midyear cycles, equity refresh, and performance-based pay. Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on complex compensation matters, and improve compensation tooling, data infrastructure, and operational governance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of three to four client compensation partners.
•Partner with the VP Rewards to drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy, design, and program delivery.
•Collaborate with People, business leaders, and cross-functional partners on complex, sensitive compensation matters.
•Ensure operational excellence by improving compensation tooling, infrastructure, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Serve as a trusted senior advisor on consequential compensation decisions, including executive offers, retention, restructuring, and pay equity matters.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,500 - 299,850 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 3 years leading a team of compensation professionals.
•Deep expertise in job architecture, compensation frameworks, market pricing, and pay-for-performance design, with experience scaling programs in fast-growing global organizations.
•Advanced analytics ability to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations, with strong command of cash, equity, and total rewards trends.
•Expert knowledge of tech compensation practices, especially equity strategy (new hire, refresh, and performance-based) and benchmarking programs to stay ahead of the market.
•Comfort using gSheets and Excel, with proficiency in Tableau, SQL, or Python (or AI-assisted analytics) as a plus.
