  • •Set strategy and ambition for the cost management team and drive an inclusive culture.
  • •Lead tendering activities, including pre-qualification, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Estimate and plan costs, produce monthly post-contract cost reports, and handle cost variances and change control.
  • •Conduct cost checks and valuations, produce bid documentation, and input value engineering opportunities.

  • •MRICS qualified.
