Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with prospective clients to determine cash management and other banking product needs.
  • •Prepare documentation (applications and contracts) for implementation of sold services and follow up with commercial clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Prepare comparative analysis and make product recommendations, serving as a liaison between commercial customers and operations early in the relationship.
  • •Prepare RFP responses including cost analysis of banking services and support bank staff calling efforts to attract and retain business.
  • •Educate customers and conduct training sessions for lenders, business development, and retail staff, including cyber security guidance and risk assessment processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related banking experience.
  • •Broad knowledge across accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including writing reports and presenting to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel) and Adobe DC.
  • •Knowledge of cyber security and the ability to identify and measure potential risk related to treasury products and services.
