Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the general contractor’s construction activities and manage collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slippage; forecast and update key milestones.
  • •Ensure project governance, processes, and best practices are used; produce formal project status reports and other required reporting.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects, manage supplier interfaces via monthly trackers and weekly reviews, and coordinate information flow through meetings and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and stakeholders; respond rapidly to RFIs; support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with MEP design and the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1–5).
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, RFIs) and using project management tools.
