Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Net Asset Value (NAV) packs and perform checker activities, including diagnostic checks, validation, and related post-NAV tasks.
  • •Perform capital activity bookings, accruals, amortization, yields, and support NAV generation for daily, weekly, and monthly valuations with stringent timelines.
  • •Handle fee reviews, trustee packs and queries, and regulatory/client reporting, including timely publishing of management information and reports.
  • •Identify, resolve, and escalate problem situations to maximize customer satisfaction and prevent recurrence through quality improvements.
  • •Support business solutions deployment to remove manual processes, implement technology upgrades, lead User Acceptance Testing when required, and maintain internal controls and operational risk awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or qualifications to accounting/finance, or relevant experience.
  • •3–6 years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and fundamentals, with understanding of the end-to-end fund accounting model.
  • •Working knowledge of accounting and valuation processes, including custody/brokerage/depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, corporate actions, financial instruments, and reconciliations.
  • •Ability to speak and understand English, manage time effectively, and meet defined deadlines.
