Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify part samples and sample stacks at the packer table for every running machine, including proper identification and packaging controls.
  • •Assess produced parts against feature/acceptability standards and coordinate with Mold Techs and QA to control and correct non-conforming product.
  • •Respond to QA notifications with root cause and corrective action, and ensure timely handling of machine alarms/quality calls.
  • •Monitor abnormal machine conditions and coordinate mold/machine cleanings and corrective actions to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
  • •Use the Work Order system to rectify tooling and machine issues, complete required reports (Mold Shift Report, WebEFF), and handle EHS incident reporting when necessary.
