Key Responsibilities

  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation for accurate, real-time site inventory visibility.
  • •Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and help support training and auction preparation activities.
