•Evaluate and support collaborators, identifying evolutive potentials and directing managers with clear priorities.
•Animate store operations and commercial activities, implementing HQ and Sephora Attitude standards.
•Manage the exploitation budget, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
•Represent Sephora with internal and external stakeholders (merchant associations, schools, HQ) and ensure internal procedures are followed.
